Has over 20 years of private sector entrepreneurial experience in enterprise creation and growth with extensive record of directing turn-around situations ranging from manufacturing to software companies, in addition to identifying new strategic opportunities based on evolving macro factors (e.g., shifts in geopolitics, technology, demographics, etc.) and connecting interdependent factors for economic strength. Secured capital infusions for startups and middle market M&A deals. A highly sought-after speaker at business events, and serves as a board member on numerous professional and educational organizations such as Harbor Bank, Salinger Business School of Loyola University, NE Maryland University Research Park, Interprise Investment Partners, etc. MBA, MAS at Johns Hopkins. Robert L. Livingston

Founder, President of The Livingston Group (Washington, D.C.)
Robert L. Livingston was elected to the United States House of Representatives in a special election in 1977 – the first Republican to represent Louisiana’s First Congressional District in 102 years. He was re-elected to eleven successive two-year terms. Mr. Livingston served as a Member of the House Appropriations Committee through most of his time in Congress, as well as the House Select Committee on Intelligence for the maximum period of six years. At the beginning of the 105th Congress in 1997, he chaired the bi-partisan Ethics Reform Task Force and was responsible for revamping the House Ethics Rules. From 1995 through 1998, Livingston served as the Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee where he shepherded 13 annual Appropriations Bills through the legislative process. His efforts reduced the discretionary budget each year and produced the first balanced Congressional budget in decades and the last one in modern history. In 1998, Livingston was chosen by his peers to serve as Speaker-designate for the 106th Congress. Prior to his twenty-two years in Congress Mr. Livingston practiced law in both public and private fields and served on active duty with the United States Navy. Following his departure from Congress in February 1999, Mr. Livingston established the successful lobbying firm, The Livingston Group, in both Washington, DC and in New Orleans, LA. Ferhan Hamid

Served two Virginia governors as a member of transition polity team and chaired the American Technology-Industry Advisory Council established to assist the Obama Administration with its digital government strategy. F. William (Bill) Caple

International investment banker and advisor. Founder of Caple Advisory. Led, negotiated and closed the acquisition of TaylorMade Golf® by a Korean private equity firm. Grew multiple business development, sales, marketing, M&A, investor relations, sales (domestic & international), and corporate fiancé strategies and programs, netting successful exits and public offerings, e.g., OTG Software NASDAQ: OTGS now part of Dell EMC and Open Text. Boyd Rutherford

Formerly the 9th Lieutenant Governor of the state of Maryland. An accomplished attorney with a lifetime of experience in both the public and private sectors, Served as Associate Administrator for the U.S. General Services Administration, as Assistant Secretary for Administration for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and as Secretary of the Maryland Department of General Services. Vast experiences and connections at all levels of government and assists clients to capitalize on opportunities at the crossroads of politics. BA – Howard & JD – USC.

Darryl Barnes

Served in the Maryland House of Delegates. Known for extraordinary leadership as the Chairman of Maryland’s Legislative Black Caucus, composed of a third of the legislative membership and the largest in the country, where he championed landmark policies.  A successful entrepreneur himself, advises clients in healthcare, real estate, sports and gaming, transportation and infrastructure, small business, government contracting, and telecommunications issues.  BS-California State, Long Beach.

Josh Faber

Senior Advisor to Spectrum Gaming Group and National Council of Legislators from Gaming states. Provided advisory services for premier regulated gaming, online gaming and sports betting, as well as public policy and gaming best practices in the U.S. Directed consulting firm owned by former nine-member of U.S. Congress. Roger A Campos

Served four years in the OMB, White House; Special Assistant to the Secretary of Energy; Special Consultant to the SBA Administrator. From 2015 – 2023, served in the Governor’s Cabinet as Maryland’s Business Ombudsman and Assistant Secretary in the Department of Housing & Community Development. Mr. Campos advises firms on how to do business with large corporations, federal and state governments. BA – UC Santa Barbara & JD – Cal Western.

Young Kim

Has over 25 years of experience as a partner at large global consulting firms – PwC, IBM, and Accenture – with global clients in multiple industries. Extensive experience in IT strategy and transformation. Featured in the front page of Wall Street Journal, served as a US delegate to International Standard Organization (ISO), and presented at Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Philip Mitchell

25 years of real estate development including financing, construction, rezoning, etc. Trusted partner with Housing and Economic Development Authorities in the US major cities as well as in South America and Caribbean Island countries. Expert in regulatory compliance, market entry, and supply chain. Brandon Butler

Formerly County Administrator of Allegany County, Maryland and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Workforce Development at Maryland’s Department of Labor. An attorney with over 15 years experience in state and local government, with previous legislative and administrative experience. Leading efforts on business and workforce development.
